In the downloaded folder you will find separate 150 .syx files as well as one .syx file containing the first 128 patches. You can easily transfer the sounds using Ultranova Librarian.
There is also a list of patch names and types (ARPS, Leads, Pads etc).

Yes, but I recommend getting the dedicated Mininova soundset with the same sounds but created using Mininova. Here's the link do this soundbank.
It's really easy. You need to instal official Ultranova Librarian and connect your unit with a computer via USB Cable. Check the Novation Download website for details. If you are Ultranova user, please check whether the operating system on your computer is compatible with the official Ultranova Librarian program before purchasing. If you have any doubts, please contact me.
